Car update

Well, our car was found. However, from what I understand it's not looking good. I have not seen my car yet but from what the insurance adjuster has told us our car was badly vandalized. It was found in Apple Valley. I will let everyone know more when I do. It has all been very stressful but at least it was found.

Wii Fit

Spring is here! Which of course means that so is summer. I don't know about any of you but i have but on a few pounds with baby weight and the holidays. Mark and I thought it would be a good idea if we tried to "get fit!" So yesterday I went out and bought the Wii Fit. At first I was not too sure about it, after all it's a video game. How much could it possibly do? Answer: A LOT! It's amazing, not only does is keep track of your weight and daily training but it also sets goals AND teaches you proper balance that can help ease back pain. I have set up my file, chosen a trainer for strength training and yoga and set my goal. Everyday I get my body test done and it tracks my progress while also giving me tips on healthy eating and proper work out format. Not to mention the games that Wii Fit has developed to make working out fun! You can do everything from ski jumping, hoola hoop, and stepping to yoga and core training. Mark and I have our favorites, mine is the ski jump, tight rope walking, yoga, and hoola hoop. Mark of course loves head butting soccer balls, ski jumping, and the basic short run. I am very excited to start posting about my progress. This is, I think, one of the greatest ways to work out without pouring money into a gym. This is awesome. I really want to work out now!

Bad Luck

Well, I have some bad news. I woke up this morning to find that my car was gone. Yes, that's right, my car has been stolen. It's not so much that the car is gone, it's that things that were in the car. Photos, some of Kaydens things. Things that means a lot to mark and I. Not to mention checks and paper work. I am not sure how to feel now. I am angry, shocked, and sad. There is little hope that the car will be found as it is a sports car and often souped up for racing. We have called the local law enforcement and are sending some one out. we have made a report to the station. I am not really sure what steps to take, this has never happened to me before. I will post again when we have an idea of whats going on.

Little Walker

Yes, I have seen it for the first time. Kayden was walking on his own! Kayden has always been fast in the area of crawling, after seeing his cousin Mason he was determined to get going so he could play with "the big boys." He has been walking but only when he is holding on to Mark or myself. Yesterday I saw him get up, stand on his own, then start walking toward Mark who was holding one of his favorite toys. Of course he fell, but the moment he heard everyone clapping for him he got up to try again, and again, and again! I have never seen his try to do something so hard. Kayden is growing up too fast. He wants to feed himself, dance, watch Disney movies and now he is really getting a hang of walking. Oh, where did all the time go?! I just wish I had a video camera or my still camera to get it. Let the record show my lil "Determinator" took his first real steps on St. Patrick's Day!
